Child Nutrition The Child Nutrition Breakfast and Lunch Programs are designed to provide nutritious meals for growing children. Breakfast is available at selected schools and all district students may purchase a variety of hot lunch selections or fresh chef salads. Our breakfast meal provides one fourth the recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for children and lunch provides one third of the RDA. Point of Sale Automated point of sale systems have been installed in the cafeteria of all schools. Pre-payments for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and ala carte items may be deposited in the Cafeteria of your school. Students and staff members may purchase items sold in the cafeteria using their prepaid account. An account activity report may be requested from the food service manager. Breakfast & Lunch Prices Free and reduced price breakfast and lunch meals are available to students who qualify. Applications for free and reduced price meals in English and Spanish are available in each school office. Students may select from a variety of menu items to complete a reimbursable meal.
